Newington Youth Lacrosse
Welcome to Newington Youth Lacrosse, where young athletes from Newington and neighboring towns come together to experience the excitement of youth lacrosse! We are a non-profit organization established in 2005 and continue to be dedicated to providing a vital and inclusive lacrosse experience for youth boys and girls ages 5 to 14 years old with all skill levels.
Newington Youth Lacrosse works hard in offering a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids of all skill levels can develop their skills, make friends, and foster a love for this fun and invigorating sport.
Our mission is to introduce, teach, and grow the love for the game among our youth, but also teach them important life skills, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership on and off the field. There is no experience needed to join our program. We welcome players of all skill levels and encourage our youth to just get a stick in their hand to get them to the next level.

Do you need a USA Lacrosse Membership to register for NYL?
- Yes, every player across the league needs their own USA Lacrosse membership prior to registering for the season. If you do not have one you will not be able to complete your NYL registration. This is in addition to your NYL registration. Follow this link for your USA Lacrosse Membership.
Is age verification required when purchasing a USA Lacrosse Membership?
- You will need to upload a birth certificate for your player when registering them for a USA Lacrosse Membership. Please make sure that you have your child's Birth Certificate ready to upload when purchasing this membership.
